Gonadorelin CAS 33515-09-2 Chemical Properties,Uses,Production
Clinical Application
Gonadorelin is mainly used clinically for the differential diagnosis of male or female reproductive disorders caused by hypothalamic or pituitary hypofunction, gonadal atrophic insufficiency, galactorrhea amenorrhea, primary and secondary amenorrhea, menopause and Premature menopause, pituitary tumors, pituitary organ damage and de facto hypothalamic dysfunction.
Chemical Properties
Off-white freeze-dried powder. Soluble in water and saline.
Uses
Biochemical research; it has the effect of stimulating the secretion of gonadotropins (LH and FSH) from the anterior pituitary gland and is used to treat infertility; it is used in aquaculture to promote ovulation of broodstock.
Diagnose and treat hypothalamic infertility, secondary amenorrhea, and amenorrhea caused by long-term use of steroidal contraceptives in individual normal women.
Production Method
It is synthesized by solid-phase resin synthesis using the corresponding protected amino acid monomer as raw material.
