Preparation
Using salicylic acid as raw material, it is chlorinated with thionyl chloride to obtain salicylic acid chloride. Salicylic acid chloride and salicylic acid amide are substituted for the ordinary reflux method under high-temperature and reduced-pressure distillation conditions to obtain the intermediate. Through high-temperature and reduced-pressure distillation, the intermediate can be obtained. A large amount of low-boiling substances and by-products are steamed out, increasing the mass fraction of the intermediate from 88.7% to 97.5%. Finally, p-carboxyphenylhydrazine hydrochloride is first removed from the hydrochloric acid, and then cyclized with the intermediate to prepare the Exjade product, which reduces desalination, solvent evaporation and other operations in the post-reaction treatment, and at the same time reduces the use of absolute ethanol. , making the operation easier.
